Waistcoat Workshop, Nellies Fabric Shop, Pershore

3 Week Course of 3 hours per week. Learn to make a waistcoat whilst learning several dressmaking techniques including how to cut out pattern pieces, mark notches, transfer darts, pocket placement, topstitching and button holes. All equipment and haberdashery is provided but you are welcome to bring your own machine if you prefer. Refreshments are provided. You will need Fabric Buttons Fabric and buttons purchased for use in the workshop can be bought from our shop. We offer a 10% discount on items bought for use in the workshop This workshop course should give you sufficient time to leave with a finished garment but each person will work at a different pace so please be aware you may have tasks to complete at home to finish your garment. Or you could join us for a sociable sewing session for extra support. Minimum age 16+

The course lasts 3 weeks and costs £75 sessions last 3 hrs 30 mins
